Deployment Configuration Tab (DATAFLOW Frames)
This Reference Article has been written for Version 2.1 of the DATAFLOW Software. For Previous Releases use the version selection in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
This Tab is part of Build Configuration Page in the Project Settings dialog.
Tab Description
The Deployment Configuration Page in the Build Configuration is used to configure the Imt.Base package deployment for this Build Configuration.
See the C++ Code Generation article for an overview on code generation.
Tab Actions
This tab does not provide any special actions.
Tab Groups
The page shows the following groups in Advanced mode:
- Deployment
For each group, if an option is only shown in advanced mode, it will be marked with (A).
Deployment Group
Imt.Base Directory |
This field defines the path to the Imt.Base packages. This is used by the project generator to deploy packages (see below) and also added to the generated IDE project configuration. |
Extract Libraries |
When this checkbox is checked, the project generator will deploy the Imt.Base packages required for the Build Configuration. |
Extract Documentation |
When this checkbox is checked, the project generator will include PDF files in the deployed packages. When unchecked, no PDF files will be deployed. The Imt.Base packages can contain Datasheets and Reference manuals for the target hardware as PDF files. This is ignored when Extract Libraries is not checked. |
The location of the Imt.Base Directory can be configured. If Extract Libraries is enabled, all selected packages will be extracted to the given path. Any existing files will be overwritten. If disabled, an existing Imt.Base installation is used instead. No files will be changed in the configured folder.
It is possible to configure a shared Imt.Base Directory for multiple build configuration. In this case, all build configurations must use the SAME RUNTIME Version (see Platform Page).
